# Fill an OT form

Download a form's packageUrl and verify its sha256 against the manifest. Use Webforms agent-form-fill CLI or MCP with that local ZIP: inspect the schema and filling guidance, collect the user's answers, validate them, and return a completed PDF or DOCX. The manifest documentFormat identifies the output format. Per-form guidance is also in library.json. Each manifest entry links its question file (questionsUrl); ai-prompt.md is the complete prompt for a chat assistant. Do not publish answers or completed documents. Signature artwork requires the user's authorization.

GitHub Pages serves blank templates; it does not run an AI filling service.
